Dr. M.A. Zahir was the visionary founder of Synetic Business School (SBS), established with the mission to provide quality professional education and skill-based learning.
With over 45 years of rich experience in management education and consultancy, Dr. Zahir served as a professor and Dean at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. He was a renowned management expert who significantly contributed to the academic and corporate sectors, serving on the boards of leading financial and industrial establishments in the region.

Dr. Zafar Zahir

Dr. Zafar Zahir is the Co-Founder, Managing Director, and Principal of SBS. He holds an MBA in Marketing, a Ph.D. in Business Management, and has completed Advanced Corporate Executive Training at Harvard Business School.
With 25+ years of varied corporate and academic experience in India and the Middle East, Dr. Zafar specializes in strategic business planning, organizational development, and entrepreneurship training.
He is dedicated to expanding professional education access, fostering industry partnerships, and ensuring SBS remains at the forefront of skill-based, outcome-oriented education.
Dr. Ghazala Qadri

Dr. Ghazala Qadri is the dynamic Chairperson of Zayn Educational Trust and SBS. An expert in applied nutrition and alternative therapy, she brings extensive leadership experience in healthcare, nonprofit management, and social empowerment.
Since joining in 2014, Dr. Qadri has led campus growth, faculty development, and community outreach — organizing free medical camps, social workshops for female empowerment, and inclusive scholarship programs.
Her vision ensures SBS remains a nurturing, inclusive institution that empowers every student regardless of background.
