Eligibility Criteria
- Scored 80% or above in Class 12th (any recognised board)
- Applicable to all programs at SBS
- Must maintain minimum 75% attendance each semester
- Academic performance reviewed at end of each year
Merit scholarship is renewable annually subject to continued academic excellence and good conduct.
Financial Aid Scholarship
For Students in Need
Provided by: SBS / Zayn Educational Trust
Eligibility Criteria
- Annual family income below ₹2.5 Lakhs
- Income proof required
- Applicable to all programs at SBS
- Must maintain minimum 75% attendance each semester
- Subject to seat availability in each academic year
Financial aid is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Students are encouraged to apply early as seats are limited.
Single Parent & Orphan Scholarship

- Students raised by a single parent (widowed, separated, or abandoned)
- Students who are orphans or under legal guardianship

First Generation Graduate Scholarship

- No parent, sibling, or immediate family member holds a college degree
- Self-declaration form and supporting affidavit required
- Open to students across all undergraduate programs
- Special mentorship and career guidance provided alongside scholarship
First-generation graduates receive additional academic mentoring and career counselling as part of this scholarship package.
SC Category Scholarship (PMS)
Complete Tuition Fee Waiver

Eligibility Criteria
- Must belong to Scheduled Caste (SC) category
- Valid SC caste and allied certificates/documents from government authority
- Annual family income within government-specified limits
- Applied through official government scholarship portal
This scholarship is funded and administered by the Government of India / Punjab Government. SBS facilitates the application process and the benefits are disbursed as per government norms.
OBC, Minority & Deserving Student Scholarships

Eligibility Criteria
- Students from OBC, Minority, or other backward communities
- Deserving students identified by SBS counsellors, partner schools, institutes or partner trusts
- Students sponsored by external trusts and philanthropic organizations
SBS actively collaborates with the Zayn Educational Trust and a network of partner charitable trusts and NGOs who sponsor deserving students. Inquire directly for available sponsorships each academic year.
International Student Scholarship
Exclusive 50% Waiver — No Conditions

Eligibility Criteria
- All international students — automatic eligibility
- No application form required — applied directly at admission
- Valid for the full duration of the program

This is SBS's flagship international scholarship. Every International/African student is guaranteed a 50% fee waiver from Day 1.
Free & Aided Bus Service for Girls

Eligibility Criteria
- Open exclusively to all female / girl students enrolled at SBS
- Covers all major routes across Ludhiana — routes decided annually based on admissions
- Select routes are completely free of cost; others carry a nominal semester pass
- No additional documentation required — register at the time of admission
SBS is the only college in the region (Punjab & Ludhiana) to offer a free and aided bus service for female students — a direct commitment to safety, security, and equal access to education. Routes are reviewed and expanded every academic year. Enquire at admission for the current route list.

Terms & Conditions
All scholarships at Synetic Business School are subject to the following general conditions. Specific scholarships may have additional requirements communicated at the time of application.
- All scholarship benefits are subject to the student fulfilling the specific eligibility criteria of the respective scholarship scheme.
- Continuation of any scholarship is contingent upon the student maintaining satisfactory academic performance and a minimum attendance of 75% each semester.
- Scholarships may be suspended or withdrawn in the event of disciplinary action, misconduct, or violation of SBS's code of conduct.
- Government-funded scholarships (SC, OBC, Minority) are governed by the respective government rules and are subject to government approval and disbursement timelines.
- Scholarships funded by partner trusts are subject to the terms set by those trusts and their continued sponsorship — SBS will notify students of any changes.
- SBS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any institutional scholarship scheme with appropriate prior notice to affected students.
- Scholarships are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled student for the program and institution specified.
- All scholarship decisions made by SBS and the Zayn Educational Trust are final and binding.
