Workshop on IT Tools for Business and E-Commerce
Subject Overview
This Skill Enhancement Course is a hands-on workshop rather than a theory-heavy paper — practical exposure to the computer and office-software skills every commerce graduate needs. You'll cover computer fundamentals and the Windows operating system, then build working proficiency in MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint, followed by MS-Excel for financial and statistical calculations. The workshop closes with an introduction to e-commerce — website design, digital payment systems, and e-commerce security. This is a 2-credit paper across 4 units, designed to be immediately useful rather than exam-theory-only.
