- Reading a dashboard: compare against goals and benchmarks, look at trends not single posts, segment by content type and platform, connect to website and sales data (UTMs), identify top and bottom performers, act on insights.

Reels and short-video marketing
- Short video: 15–90 second vertical videos — highest organic reach on Instagram and YouTube.
- Best practices: hook in the first 2 seconds, trending audio, captions, native editing, clear single message, consistent posting, collaborations and remixes.

Topic 6
Metaverse-based communication
- Brands create virtual spaces, events and digital goods in immersive worlds (Roblox, Decentraland, VR platforms) to engage younger audiences; avatars, virtual influencers and branded games.
- Considerations: audience fit, cost, measurement, hype, safety of minors.

Ethical concerns in influencer marketing
- Concerns: undisclosed sponsorships, fake followers and engagement pods, promotion of harmful or misleading products (unregulated financial advice — finfluencers), unrealistic beauty standards, exploitation of child influencers, AI-generated or virtual influencers presented as real.
- Regulation: ASCI guidelines (disclosure labels; additional rules for financial and health claims), CCPA Endorsement Guidelines (2023), SEBI's restrictions on regulated entities associating with unregistered finfluencers (2024).
