The foundation every improvement rests on
Topic 1
Improving the offer from feedback
Collect feedback from every customer, then act on patterns, not single comments.
- 1Collect
Ask "What would make this better?"
- 2Group
Look for repeated points
- 3Prioritise
Fix what most customers mention
- 4Change the offer
Quality, speed, price, packaging
- 5Test again
Example
Three customers say delivery was slow. Promising "ready in 24 hours" instead of 48 becomes the improved offer's main selling point.
Topic 2
Core entrepreneurial values
- Resilience: recovering from rejection, low sales or mistakes and continuing. Every entrepreneur faces setbacks; the difference is persistence.
- Honesty: promising only what you can deliver, charging fairly and admitting mistakes. Trust brings repeat customers and referrals.
- Effort: consistent daily work — following up, improving and showing up — matters more than talent alone.
Exam tip
Support each value with one moment from your own venture. Personal examples are what this course assesses.
Topic 3
The second earning task and consistency
The second task tests whether your first success can be repeated. Track it with a simple log.
| Day | Action taken | Response | Earned (₹) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Posted 2 samples on Instagram | 3 enquiries | 0 |
| 2 | Followed up the enquiries | 1 order | 150 |
| 3 | Delivered and asked for a review | 1 referral | 0 |
Consistency means doing the core activity regularly, even when results are slow.
Topic 4
Final reflection
A strong reflection covers:
- Total earnings and how they were made.
- Resilience moments: setbacks and how you handled them.
- What you learned about customers, pricing and yourself.
- Habits to continue: for example, daily outreach, asking for feedback, tracking money.
Key terms
- Resilience
